• How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is 3-8 days, this includes a 1-3 day processing time. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

• Can I refund/cancel or return my order?

We have a 14-day refund policy so please ensure you request a refund within this given time frame, a replacement item will be sent out or you can request a full refund. For more information please review our refund policy.

• When will my card be charged?

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing your order and you will receive conformation shortly afterwards. Therefore please ensure your order is correct before completion.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit/Credit card payments (all accepted cards are at the bottom right hand side of the screen). We also accept Google pay, Apple pay and Paypal.
